Stainless Steel Fabrication is a process of manufacturing stainless steel components , when assembled and joined , form a complete frame or other type of structure

The primary processes in fabrication include cutting , shaping , bending , welding , and machining.

The core fabrication processes are typically supported by additional processes that turn a fabricated component into the final stainless steelwork assembly supplied to the client

Welding is the key fabrication process which joins materials , usually metals o by using high heat to melt parts together and allowing them to cool , causing fusion.

The most common, the current welding methods are shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) , gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as TIG, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), also known as MIG or MAG, flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), very similar to MIG and submerged arc welding (SAW)

Manufacturing process

We constantly improve our welding processes and procedures (WPQR , WPS)  in close co-operation with an independent laboratory assuring the quality of our processes.
